What these terms cover

These terms cover this website and the Kalpaplayer uploader (the "app"), a private program that uploads recordings of the Kalpaplayer stream to the SparrowLegs YouTube channel. Only the channel owner uses the app.

YouTube

The app uses YouTube API Services. Anyone using it agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service. Watching Kalpaplayer on YouTube is covered by YouTube's own terms.

The music and visuals

Kalpaplayer, its music, visuals and this website are the work of SparrowLegs. You are welcome to listen, watch and share links. Please ask before reusing recordings in your own work.

Kalpaplayer runs continuously, but the stream, the archive and this website may go offline or change at any time. They are provided as they are, without any warranty.
